The terms under which Hometown Haulers provides junk removal services.
Services
Hometown Haulers, LLC provides non-hazardous junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services for residential and commercial customers across the northern Front Range. Services include furniture and appliance removal, garage and property cleanouts, construction debris hauling, yard debris removal, and electronics disposal through certified recyclers.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are free and provided upfront before any work begins. Pricing is based on the volume and type of items being hauled, as well as the labor required. A quote provided online or by phone is an estimate; the final price is confirmed on-site before loading. Once you accept the on-site quote, the agreed price is firm — no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. Same-day service is subject to availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse service for items we cannot legally or safely transport.
Items We Cannot Haul
We do not transport hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, asbestos, tires, and automotive batteries. We will direct you to the appropriate local disposal facility for these items whenever possible.
Disposal and Recycling
We sort and divert material whenever feasible — usable items are donated to local organizations, recyclables go to the proper facilities, and only true waste goes to the landfill. We are not liable for the disposition of items once they leave your property, beyond our commitment to responsible disposal practices.
Payment
Payment is due after the job is complete and you are satisfied with the work. We accept cash, card, and digital payments such as Venmo or Zelle.
Liability
We carry liability insurance and take care to protect your property during loading and removal. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items left behind that were not included in the agreed scope of work.
